Suggested questions
How do I get an estimate?
Send the quote form. We reply within 1 business day, then come out for a free on-site look and give you a written estimate. There is no charge for it.
Do you publish prices?
No. Every room is different, so prices come in the written estimate after we have seen the job.
How fast will you reply?
Within 1 business day, between 8am and 8pm, evenings and weekends included.
How do I follow up on my request?
Your message opens a private thread on this site. The link is saved in your browser and shown on the contact page, so you can bookmark it and come back.
What areas do you serve?
Fayette County, PA, and Monongalia and Preston Counties, WV. Farther jobs are considered case by case, so send the quote form and ask.

Fifteen years in the trade, and manufacturer-trained.

Fully insured. PA Home Improvement Registration #[HIC# PENDING].
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Workmanship carries a 1-year warranty. If something goes wrong, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do you remove the old tile?
Yes. Tear-out of old tile is part of the work. Floors and walls are protected with drop cloths and dust control on every job.
Who buys the tile and materials?
Either way works: we can supply them, or you can.

Always, before any work begins and after the free on-site look.
How does payment work?
A deposit up front, and the balance when the job is done. The terms are in your written estimate.
